Our cooking class is truly something special. Not only will you learn how to prepare some of the most traditional local dishes, you'll take a journey through the history, culture, and passion for our territory.
Our class starts with a walk through our organic garden at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius and then moves into the kitchen, where Ester will teach you the secrets of our cuisine and historic recipes that you yourself will prepare. At the end of the class everyone gathers at the table accompanied by our Lacryma Christi wine for a toast to an unforgettable day!
Our cooking class is held every day starting at 1.30 pm and lasts approximately 4 hours.

Your cooking class experience at the vineyard begins with a welcome aperitif - Capafresca Spumante Rosè - served with wood-fired bread, our organic extra-virgin olive oil, and our sweet vinegar dressing. Here's what you'll prepare and cook:
• Ravioli alla caprese: one of the most traditional specialties from Capri made with heirloom Piennolo tomatoes
• Parmigiana alla napoletana: classic eggplant parmesan with a local Neapolitan twist
• Torta di mandorle al limone: a sweet almond cake flavored with local Sorrento lemons and served with our apricot liqueur from Mt. Vesuvius
The menu will be paired with 4 varieties of our Lacryma Christi wine: White, Rosè, Red, and Riserva.
